Medical Receptionist

You probably have had to deal with a lot of “quarantining” over the last few years and miss having real connection with people. You probably miss being a part of people’s lives and community.

The “gift of gab” is a highly sought-after quality here at our practice. You have a way of being able to talk to people and make them feel “at home” and comfortable. Many of our patients have been through years of pain before they came to us. And along with good professional care, they are looking for a friend to help guide them through their healing.

Seven Bridges Chiropractic is waiting for you to come shine in your own way over here as our Medical Receptionist.

The role:

  • Greet and check in patients with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
  • Manage scheduling and appointment reminders to ensure a smooth daily flow.
  • Answer incoming calls, handle phone inquiries, and schedule appointments.
  • Process payments, manage billing inquiries, and verify insurance as needed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and office. Ensuring treatment rooms meet hygiene standards.
  • Assist with marketing and public relations projects to promote the clinic.
  • Help manage clinic social media pages.
  • Maintain accurate and secure patient records.
  • Use office tools efficiently; experience with JaneApp is a bonus but not required.
  • Prepare treatment rooms with necessary equipment and supplies.
  • Assist the doctor during patient care, including setting up therapies or modalities.
  • Provide support to the doctor with various tasks as needed.

  • Great computer skills, with proficiency in basic office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, email software). Bonus if you have advanced social media skills.
  • A proactive, organized, reliable, and consistent work ethic.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

  • Experience in a similar healthcare support role is favorable but not required (Note: Our previous successful hire had no health industry/reception background).

Hours & Address:

This position is for

  • Monday 9:00AM to 6:00PM
  • Tuesday 8:00AM to 4:00 PM
  • Wednesday 1:00PM to 6:00PM
  • Thursday 9:00am to 4:00PM
  • Full days include a 1.5 hour lunch break.
  • There will be a potential of adding more hours
