Schedule Details:
Office Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 8:30 PM, Saturday and Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Caseload: Full-time therapists handle approximately 25 client hours per week; part-time therapists manage 15-18 client hours weekly.
Flexibility: Some evening and weekend availability may be required to meet client needs and caseload requirements.
Location: Hybrid and fully remote options are available based on your qualifications, licensure status, and schedule.
Note: Only fully licensed clinicians are eligible for hybrid/remote work, while pre-licensed therapists are generally expected to work on-site due to regulatory standards and provided training.
Responsibilities:
Therapy Sessions: Provide individual, family, couples, or group therapy tailored to clients' clinical needs.
Evidence-Based Practices: Utilize evidence-based interventions to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training, consultation, and supervision to continuously improve your practice.
Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and help them reach their goals.
Case Management: Coordinate referrals and provide case management services when necessary.
Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare providers to ensure seamless continuity of care.
Crisis Management: Respond to client crises with appropriate safety protocols and clinical supervision as needed.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, completing documentation within 48 hours of each session.
Mentorship: Have the opportunity to mentor and supervise staff members, as well as participate in mentorship programs for pre-licensed associates.
Additional Training: Access additional training and supervision in various evidence-based practices to expand your clinical expertise.
Qualifications:
A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Doctorate of Psychology, or a related field.
Actively licensed or eligible for/working towards clinical licensure in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist).
For pre-licensed candidates: Must have completed a Master's degree or be within three months of completing the degree at the time of the interview, due to our highly competitive training program.
At least one year of experience providing client services in a professional counseling setting is preferred.
