Our specialized services include primary care, special medical exams, occupational health, behavioral health, wellness, and aesthetics. We are looking for passionate professionals to join us as Nurses, Medical Assistants, and Office Receptionists/Administrators to support our operations and clinical workflows.

Your Impactful Role:

• Welcome patients and visitors warmly, in person or on the phone, and assist with inquiries.
• Ensure smooth patient check-ins and check-outs, keeping appointments on track by coordinating with healthcare providers.
• Manage medical records efficiently, adhering to strict privacy and HIPAA standards.
• Assist in clinical tasks like preparing exam rooms, setting up equipment, and helping patients get ready for exams.
• (Nurses): Perform phlebotomy, IV therapy, and adhere to healthcare regulations (OSHA, CLIA, PA Dept. of Health).
• Maintain a patient flow that is organized, seamless, and stress-free for everyone.

What We’re Looking For:

• Outstanding customer service and phone skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of medical and psychiatric terminology.
• For Nurses : A current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
