What will you do?

• Collaborate with senior management to execute strategies that ensure efficient, cost-effective movement of cargo across all channels.
• Monitor and optimize operational processes from booking cargo to final delivery, ensuring timely and secure shipments.
• Coordinate customs clearance , handle customer communication, and book containers for both domestic and international shipments.
• Lead, direct, and mentor department managers and operational staff to ensure seamless daily activities.
• Manage client relationships to ensure top-tier customer service and prompt responses to inquiries.
• Stay up-to-date with international shipping regulations and adjust operational processes to maintain compliance.
• Manage compliance documentation and risk mitigation strategies to avoid disruptions in the supply chain.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the operations team, driving continuous improvement.

What will you need?

• Education: Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, or supply chain management (preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years of international shipping and supply chain operations experience, preferably within the NVOCC or Freight industry.
• Leadership: Proven experience in a leadership role, managing teams and overseeing complex operational workflows.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams.
• Proficiency in industry-specific software and technology solutions.
• In-depth understanding of international trade regulations , customs compliance , and freight forwarding .
• Ability to make strategic decisions and solve operational challenges.
• Bilingual in English/Mandarin to effectively engage with international partners and clients.
