A manufacturing company is seeking an Administrative Specialist to support front office operations, customer service, sales, and manage the entire shipping and invoices process. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Job Duties:

Greet and direct incoming calls and visitors
Prepare and manage all shipping documents and shipment schedules
Handle invoicing and ensure timely processing of all orders
Maintain all customer and vendor files, assist in order and data entry as needed
Back-up the Customer Service Coordinator and assist in marketing projects
Keep the front office and conference room organized and clean
Train all new and existing employees
Perform other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Previous related experience is a plus
Must be able to read, comprehend, and write business correspondence
Must have the ability to follow detailed instructions and solve problems
Must be proficient in basic arithmetic and able to compute rates, ratios, and percentages
Must be highly organized with excellent communication skills
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
Must be able to work well alone and also in a team environment
