Job Description

Our Law Firm is a fast-growing boutique immigration law firm serving clients nationwide with its principal office in Texas. The Operations Manager will primarily be responsible for optimizing existing systems as well as developing and implementing new processes as needed. You will be responsible for identifying areas in need and implementing key performance indicators to achieve those goals. This role puts you in a leadership position at our law firm. An inclusive and supportive leadership style will be very important to achieve everyone’s participation in the firm’s objectives. Responsibilities:

• You will manage a team of 2 attorneys and over 10 legal and administrative support staff
• Ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded
• Mentor and guide staff to deliver against those goals
• Evaluate current processes and identify, design, and implement operational solutions to increase ease of access, efficiency and filing consistency
• Review, update, and maintain templates, checklists, and internal resources
• Collect, track and analyze data for informed decision-making and regular monitoring and reporting
• Report on Key Performance Indicators to the attorney
• Determine employee job standards and performance expectations
• Oversee the delivery of excellent service to clients
• Create, update and improve systems for timely delivery of legal services from hiring to filing and from filing to case completion
• Oversee profitability of existing systems and processes
• Assist with projects and other tasks assigned by law firm
• Use of CRM
• Supervise the marketing team to make appropriate decisions for the digital strategy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Administration or a related field
• Proven 4+ years of relevant business operations experience
• Excellent verbal and written skills, must speak English and Spanish fluently, and must understand Spanish.
• Operations Management experience
