We are currently seeking a Oracle Database Consultant to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

• Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of Oracle Databases
• Handle Alerts, Incident tickets and Change Request as first line support   for the platform.
• Active participation in Projects that required the knowledge and experience of an Oracle administrator to implement new tools or to automate process.
• Implement Patches, updates and involved in Vulnerability Management for the Oracle Databases
• Configure the Oracle databases and adjust them to the application and bank requirements.
• Monitor the performance of the databases in order to avoid incidents.
• Update technical documentation that will be used in the team.
• Automation of DB process via scripting skills  

• Required Skills

• Over 3 years of experience as an Oracle Administrator
• Good working knowledge of at least one scripting language.
• Knowledge of system security techniques
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Technical Document skills

• Desired Skills / Experiences

• Degree in Computer Science
• Experience of RAC
• Experience with Dataguard
• Experience as a Windows/Linux Administrator
• Backup / Storage management experience
• Experience with Jira and ServiceNow
