**Job Title:** Paralegal - Contract Transactional/Real Estate/Contracts
**Location:** Chicago Loop - Onsite Monday-Thursday & Remote on Fridays!

**Job Description:**
This role involves supporting a dynamic legal transactions team, primarily focusing on real estate and contract management. The Paralegal will assist in drafting and negotiating agreements, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and managing compliance requirements. This is a temp-to-hire position, with a hybrid schedule of on-site work Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Draft and negotiate confidentiality agreements, leases, and other transactional documents.
- Coordinate due diligence efforts for property acquisitions and sales, including gathering and organizing relevant information.
- Support the preparation and management of contracts, such as hotel management agreements and franchise agreements.
- Maintain and update legal databases, checklists, and templates.
- Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Work with external counsel on construction contracts and other legal matters.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Expertise in real estate transactions, contract negotiation, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Paralegal certification is preferred but not required.
- Prior experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus.
