Role- PeopleSoft Financial Admin

job description-
Qualifications:
1. 3-5 years of experience completing Peoplesoft Peopletools upgrades.
2. Have a proven track record of successfully performing 3 or more PeopleTools upgrades and patch installations.
3. Deep understanding of PeopleTools versions (8.x, 8.5x, 8.6x), PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM), and PeopleSoft Change Assistant.
4. Experience completing Peoplesoft application upgrades. Helpful for transporting application to new hardware.
5. 3-5 years of Database Administrator experience. Strong SQL skills, experience with Oracle databases (troubleshooting, performance tuning).
6. Familiar with Linux and Window servers and operating systems.
7. Familiarity with PeopleSoft modules (e.g., HCM, FSCM) and their functionalities.
8. Ability to clearly articulate technical issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
9. Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues during upgrades.
10. Ability to collaborate effectively with functional teams, testing teams, and SMEs.
11. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and methodologies.
12. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
13. Work hours are 9am-5pm ET with some flexibility
