  1. B.S. in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. (required).
  2. Minimum of 1 year as a Pharmacy Clinical/Operations Specialist.
  3. Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy .
  4. Active Pharmacy Consultant license (or state equivalent).
  5. 5+ years of hospital pharmacy experience, with demonstrated expertise in the area of focus.
  • Provide strategic leadership for all aspects of pharmacy operations, ensuring safe, effective, and compliant delivery of services.
  • Mentor and develop pharmacy staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Design and implement forward-thinking policies and procedures to optimize workflows and enhance patient outcomes.
  • Partner with interdisciplinary teams to drive clinical excellence and promote innovative care solutions.
