Position Summary:
HungerRush is seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to drive marketing initiatives for our Point-of-Sale and related products. This role is crucial in accelerating product growth and will collaborate across Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success. This role will be responsible for all aspects of Product Marketing for our Point-of-Sale product and adjacent products and features including positioning, messaging, bundling, pricing, go to market planning and execution, content creation, sales enablement, customer messaging, internal communications, market research, competitive analysis and insights, product roadmap influencing, and additional support as needed. The ideal candidate will be experienced in product marketing and possess an energetic approach with a strong sense of accountability and desire to drive results. 

This is a remote role, but may not be performed in the following states: California, Colorado, Maine, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C, or Washington. Access to an office space is available in Overland Park, KS and Houston, TX. 

Essential Responsibilities and Duties
  • Build and maintain a market map including product category worldview and ICP 
  • Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that clearly differentiates HungerRush’s products in the marketplace. 
  • Develop product bundling and pricing strategy to increase product adoption with new and existing customers with a net positive growth in revenues and margins for the business. 
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management to integrate market feedback and user insights into product development. 
  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to launch new products and promote existing ones, focusing on driving customer engagement and revenue growth. 
  • Support Sales and Customer Success teams by developing effective tools and materials to facilitate product adoption and customer satisfaction. 
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and leverage insights to anticipate customer needs. 
  • Exhibit excellent project management skills to lead and influence multiple cross-functional stakeholders to meet project objectives and deadlines. 
  • Build, maintain, and manage close working relationships across a variety of departments and levels. 
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related; MBA preferred. 
  • At least 3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the SaaS or restaurant technology sectors. 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop successful go-to-market strategies and programs. 
  • Experience working with product and engineering teams. 
  • Experience working with and communicating results to leadership. 
  • Strong understanding of the restaurant industry and its specific challenges. 
  • Excellent content creation skills, with a knack for compelling storytelling. 
  • Proven analytical skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies. 
  • Self-starter attitude with an innate curiosity for uncovering new opportunities and an eagerness to bring them to life. 
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, and familiarity with data analysis and performance metrics. 
  • Strong project management capabilities, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability.
