Frazer, a leading builder of emergency medical vehicles, is currently seeking a Production Control Manager to join our team. The Production Control Manager at Frazer reports to the VP of Operations , and is responsible for leading 6 supervisors overseeing more than 100 employees across our fabrication, aluminum, paint, and multiple assembly departments, to meet production goals following Quantum Lean Time in System principles. The Production Control Manager at Frazer works directly with the Safety, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Accounting teams to ensure that Job Orders are completed safely and on time while reducing the total production cycle time, and minimizing both quality defects and total labor hours required. This position is expected to actively live out Frazer Core Values while working with Frazer employees, vendors, and customers to help achieve team, department, and corporate goals. Responsible for learning and reinforcing safe and proper work procedures while actively following Frazer Safety programs and other policies outlined in the Employee Handbook.

Work Schedule
The Production Control Manager will work Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM . Late afternoon/evening/weekend hours may be required as needed. Work schedules may change to accommodate production needs.
