A W-9 form will be requested before the first job. 1099-NEC forms will be handed out at the end of the year! Eventually… I do plan to have everyone sign a W-2 to have employee status.
Starting off… this will only be a SMALL contractor job. Less than 10 hrs/ week. This includes commercial work!
As time progresses, if quality is shown. Hrs will be lengthened to 25-35hrs/ week.
As more time goes on… more responsibilities will be added. This business is growing and adventuring different avenues.
The office manager will be the ultimate promotion. This business will have an office space soon (Update: We are moved into the office suite!) The first couple of people I hire will be promoted to managing positions when the time is right.
Many opportunities are available and will pop up as we grow!✨
Starting pay:
$16/Hr Raises are always something you can work towards!
