Role Overview:
As a Promotions Assistant, you’ll be a vital part of delivering captivating events that boost brand awareness and engage customers. From pop-up promotions to sales-focused activations, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment alongside a creative, collaborative team to make every event a success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the coordination and execution of promotional campaigns, pop-up activations, and customer engagement events.
  • Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown to ensure smooth logistics.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with attendees, answering questions, and creating positive experiences.
  • Provide on-site support to the events team, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer interaction.
  • Help prepare promotional materials, signage, and event collateral for distribution.
  • Contribute to social media promotions and live event coverage to increase visibility and attendance.
  • Offer post-event feedback to evaluate success and propose improvements for future campaigns.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including event tracking and reporting.
