Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Med Surg LPN to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide highquality patientcentered care assisting with medicalsurgical needs and promoting patient comfort and recovery. This role requires strong clinical skills attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety and wellbeing.

Duties

• Administer medications treatments and monitor patient responses.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility support.
• Monitor vital signs and accurately document all procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with RNs physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain patient safety standards.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an LPN in a medicalsurgical or acute care setting.
• Experience in highvolume or acute care environments is preferred.

Requirements

• Active LPN license (New Hampshire or Compact).
• Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) is required.
• This position is ideal for a detailoriented and adaptable Med Surg LPN who thrives in a patientcentered environment.
