We are excited to invite a motivated individual to become a part of our team as a Remote Real Estate Investment Loan Broker! In this role, you will become an Authorized Broker, helping clients access our Investment Loan products and achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gain in-depth knowledge of our diverse loan products to effectively assist clients.
- Guide customers seamlessly through the loan application process, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Prepare and file loan applications along with all necessary supporting documents.
- Develop and nurture referral networks to identify potential loan prospects.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to foster lasting relationships and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in mortgage and finance is essential.
- Familiarity with financial and lending practices.
- Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficient in managing your pipeline and portfolio effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
