Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program
  • Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
  • Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable properties
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of both sellers and buyers
  • Monitor and record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
  • Host a minimum of two open houses each month
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
  • Engage in weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team standards
  • Participate in team activities as per team guidelines
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
  • Advise sellers, secure listings, and effectively market properties
  • Exhibit proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

  • Growth-oriented mindset.
  • Open to learning and using scripts and dialogues in practice.
