Key Responsibilities:  

• Serve as the front desk representative.
• Аnswering phone calls and directing them appropriately. 
• Manage and organize office documentation. 
• Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling. 
• Use Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare and track documents. 
• Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.

Requirements:
Experience:
No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Skills:
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Driver’s License:
Mandatory.

Residence:
Must reside in New Jersey.

Languages:
English (fluent), Ukrainian (preferred).
