We’re Shades of Grey HR , a fast-moving, no-nonsense HR & Recruiting firm, and we’re looking for a Recruiter to join our team. If you’re uncomfortable sourcing talent, using ChatGPT prompts, or working in Excel & Word—this is NOT the job for you.
✅ Talent Hunting: You’ll source like a pro using LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean searches, and whatever else you’ve got in your bag of tricks. If you can’t find talent, you won’t last.
✅ Candidate Engagement: You’ll build relationships, schedule interviews, and track progress. No ghosting. No slacking.
✅ Tech-Savvy Recruiting: Excel and Word proficiency is REQUIRED (and yes, we test for it). If spreadsheets scare you, keep scrolling.
✅ Thinking Outside the Box: This isn’t a post-and-pray gig. You’ll need creativity, problem-solving, and the ability to pivot fast in a constantly evolving hiring landscape.
✅ Picking Up Minor HR Projects: You’ll have the chance to learn other areas of HR if our consultants need a hand—we’ll count on you to take on small projects and grow your skill set.
✅ Culture Means Something: We work hard, move fast, and don’t do drama. If you can’t communicate like an adult and work well with a team, it’s not the right fit.
Real Recruiting Experience. If you’ve never sourced before, don’t waste your time (or ours).
Boolean & ChatGPT Skills. If you don’t know how to craft prompts or refine searches, this won’t work.
Excel & Word Proficiency. You’ll be tested—so if your Excel skills are just opening a file, keep scrolling.
High Energy, High Accountability. We don’t micromanage, but we expect results.
Clear Communication. You’ll be dealing with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams daily.
100% Remote – Work in your PJs on the bottom and a blazer on top for a professional look on camera. Just get the job done.
