Location: Hybrid or Home-based in the United States.

 

Position Summary:

 

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Advisor, Infrastructure to increase our market presence, facilitate business opportunities and growth, enhance the way we support our business partners, identify and spearhead strategic business initiatives, and nurture key relationships. This role will be pivotal in driving revenue and market growth through innovative product strategies, securing new demand through deep market understanding, and fostering long-term ecosystem partnerships.

 

The Regional Advisor, Infrastructure will support enterprise-level solutions that optimize go-to-market execution and strategy. This includes enterprise commercial offerings into accounts across the Americas. Serving as a regional infrastructure knowledge leader, you will work closely with various government agencies and private sector clients to shape strategies, company engagements, and ensure successful implementation.

 

Our North American Team is comprised of seasoned professionals across the U.S. and Canada. We collaborate with federal and state agencies, rail and transit organizations, water and utility agencies, local government groups, and their suppliers of engineering services to comprehensively innovate infrastructure planning and development. Your Day-to-Day:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within designated markets, leveraging strategic planning and our structured sales process to contribute towards revenue targets.
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with senior executives in assigned markets, translating client needs into business value and aligning them with our solutions.
  • Collaborate across departments to craft compelling business proposals, connecting customer objectives with our industry-leading software and services.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive market strategies, ensuring effective execution and alignment with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and utilize systems to track market progress, generate reports, and forecast revenue, ensuring transparency and goal alignment.
  • Represent the company at industry events, including trade shows, product demonstrations, and market-specific technical sessions.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge as well as insight into industry trends and key players.
  • This is a full-time, home-based role in the United States, requiring travel 15-20% of the time.
  • This is an individual contributor role.
  • This role requires communication with managers, peers, and other colleagues of the company in person, and/or by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling, and meeting functions.
  • Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements).

 

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Minimum of 15 years of proven business development or strategic go-to-market experience within the transportation industry, with a track record of exceeding quarterly and annual targets.
  • Experience working for or with a Department of Transportation.
  • Strong familiarity with BIM, ideally with experience in Infrastructure and Civil Engineering sectors.
  • Proven ability to engage with executive-level clients, delivering value and building lasting partnerships.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a passion for achieving goals.
  • Strong organizational skills and a disciplined, self-motivated approach.
