What You'll Do:
Provide compassionate, skilled nursing care for a young adult patient with complex medical needs.
Perform ventilator, tracheostomy, and specialized nursing interventions as needed.
Work closely with family members to offer education, guidance, and emotional support.
Monitor, assess, and implement care plans tailored to your patient's needs.
Document and communicate care updates in a team-centered, excellence-driven environment.
Who We're Looking For:
✔️ RN or LPN with a current Washington State license (Multi-state licenses from Compact States accepted).
