Job Description

We're searching for a director of sales who is motivated to help our busy Telecommunications sales targets. You will be in charge of developing our sales strategy and revenue objectives, training and assessing our sales employees, and ensuring that we create new and recurring business across various hotel sectors. Responsibilities: • Create methods to help the sales team reach and surpass monthly room booking targets that are in line with the hotel's overall revenue management goals • Boost revenue and increase new guest visits through strategic outbound sales efforts that may include phone solicitation to local professionals, corporations, and members of your personal network • Develop and implement sales strategies that maintain high levels of occupancy and profitability through coordination with department managers • Evaluate information gathered from market data and create a plan to meet design marketing deliverables, hotel financial goals, and create an annual sales forecast • Report on sales activities for the previous and future weeks in meetings with department leaders, and prepare a monthly expense report for all hotel sales-related expenditures • Coordination with the management team and department heads in designing and implementing sales strategies to achieve high occupancy and profitability • Perform at the highest level • To become an effective and influential leader • Contact potential customers for business opportunities • Maintain knowledge about product information • Communicate with customers through phone and e-mails • Develop a strong team • Becoming a Leader and leading by example   Required skills and qualifications • Adaptive personality with the ability to learn and apply new sales strategies • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Being resourceful, energetic, driven, and structured • Strong organizational, operational, and planning skills • Open to developing your sales skills, overcoming objections and closing customers • Strong computer skills and the ability to multi-task  Qualifications: • Excellent leadership skills, analytical skills, and communication skills • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required • Must be able to use basic computer software including Microsoft Office • Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales through lead-generation and closing • Prior experience in the hospitality field is a plus About Company: Tech-enabled telecommunication & Marketing Organization.
