Over the years, we've expanded our customer base to include both federal agencies and commercial clients. Our team continues to leverage this expertise to support critical projects across various agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of Defense (DoD), and other federal civilian organizations.

Position Overview

We're looking for a talented Salesforce Release Manager to join our team and support Salesforce projects within a federal government environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in release management, collaborating with Scrum teams, and ensuring smooth, timely deployments. In this role, you will coordinate the full release management lifecycle, overseeing all aspects of release scheduling, integration, and compliance in a fast-paced government setting.

Collaboration with Scrum Teams: Partner with Scrum teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of release activities, fostering a collaborative environment.
Government Compliance: Use your knowledge of federal government regulations and standards to ensure that all release activities meet compliance requirements.
Change Management: Oversee change management processes to facilitate smooth deployments, including managing changesets and handling dependencies.
Integration Coordination: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure proper integration and management of dependencies between Salesforce and other systems.
Documentation: Create and maintain thorough documentation for each release, including deployment plans, run books, and release notes.
Communication: Clearly communicate release schedules and details to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the process.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, applying best practices to streamline release management.
Required Skills & Experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in release management, with a focus on Salesforce implementations.
Government Experience: Experience managing releases within a federal government environment.
Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce administration, DevOps, and release management tools (e.g., Copado or similar tools).
Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Additional Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint) and the ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills & Experience

Advanced Certifications: Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer).
Project Management: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Integration Experience: Experience with tools like Jenkins CI, Selenium, or other integration platforms.
Clearance: Existing DoD Secret clearance or higher.
Clearance Requirements
