Job Overview :
As a Scheduling Coordinator at Kids First you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic's scheduling processes.  This is a full-time position requiring one evening per week, from 11:00 am - 7:00 pm and one Sunday per month

Duties and Responsibilities :
• Managing incoming phone calls and email.
• Coordinating appointments for general services.
• Maintaining therapists' schedules.
• Facilitating communication between parents and therapists.
• Delivering high-quality customer service with each interaction.
• Providing assistance with receptionist responsibilities as necessary.
• Other duties assigned depending on business needs.

Skills and Qualifications :
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Must be able to create and maintain warm rapport with clients and develop long term working relationships.
• Willingness to go the extra mile.
• Must possess the ability to make others feel welcomed and valued.
• Attention to detail.
• Critical thinker with superb problem solving skills.

• Previous experience in a similar role.
