Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated, licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide virtual therapy services to a K-12 school district in Arizona. This remote position allows you to make a meaningful impact on students' lives while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. The ideal candidate will either have prior experience in virtual therapy or a strong willingness to embrace telehealth practices.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual assessments and create personalized treatment plans tailored to students' needs.
Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions via telehealth, ensuring a positive experience for students.
Collaborate closely with students, families, and other healthcare professionals to track progress and ensure the best outcomes.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Provide education to patients and families on therapeutic techniques and adaptive strategies for daily activities.
Utilize digital tools and technology to enhance patient engagement and track progress.
Qualifications

Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Arizona (required).
Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
At least 2 years of experience working with K-12 students.
Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy services is preferred, but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and families.
Self-motivated, able to manage a virtual caseload and work independently.
