Job Description

Aloha Caregivers!! $18-20/hr At Always Best Care, we provide caregivers to seniors who need companionship and a little help at home. Shifts available across the island. We provide paid training. We are looking for reliable, compassionate and caring professionals to join our new company. We are a locally owned and operated company caring for our kupuna. On-call, part-time and full-time employee positions available Offering caregiver referral fees and bonuses for new clients. 2 hours, 20 hour shifts and everything in between, offered based on availability. We will try to match or beat your current pay upon verification Proof of Covid-19 vaccination required for the safety of our clients and community. Full-time, part-time and on-call available. Pay: $18-$20+ Benefits:

Job requirements:
  • CNA or NA certification (not required). Higher pay available with NA certificate
  • CPR Certification (we will help with this)
  • Proof of Covid-19 vaccination and 2-Step TB Test Clearance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience appreciated but not required. We will train
  • Background check
  • Meet all state requirements
  • Transportation for clients for non-medical needs a plus but not required
  • Team player
  • Reliable
