SENIOR DATA ANALYST AND REPORTING SPECIALIST, OER, Sloan Office of External Relations, to lead the development and execution of MIT Sloan's Office of External Relation's (OER's) data reporting and analytics strategy; analyze data and create dashboards and reports to inform decision-making; collaborate with OER colleagues to improve business processes and identify technical solutions; lead special projects, including CRM integration and data governance initiatives; mentor staff on data best practices and provide guidance on technical challenges; and serve as a primary technical liaison between OER and various MIT technical offices.

REQUIRED : Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience; a minimum of seven years of experience with complex datasets, data analysis, and reporting; expertise in SQL and relational databases (e.g., ORACLE), as well as proficiency in CRM systems, especially Salesforce; experience with business intelligence tools for data visualization and process automation; solid skills in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions; project management experience, with a focus on collaboration and communication with stakeholders; and meticulous attention to data integrity and security. Salary range: $97,150 - 129,895 - 162,640, based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity. Generally, new hires can expect pay between the minimum and midpoint of the range.
