We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join us as an equity co-founder at Launch Legends, a pioneering venture that merges Web3 blockchain technology with the burgeoning creator industry. This role places you at the heart of the convergence between Web3 and the creator economy through our innovative Autheo Layer-1 blockchain platform and GO WFO extreme sports creator network built on Autheo.

Launch Lends has been under development for over 3.5 years. We are gearing up to launch:

1. Autheo: Our Web3 Project is more than a Layer-1 Blockchain: Autheo is developing a Fullstack Integration Platform for Web3 and the Connected Web (Web2, Web3 and Web4)
2. GO WFO: The first Layer-2 Creator Network focused on extreme sports operating on the Autheo platform.

These initiatives are set to transform the creator industry, projected to reach $500 billion by 2027, and the extreme sports market, an exciting sports sector with over 400 million active partipants worldwide.

Future Compensation Plans

While this is initially an equity-only role, our comprehensive tokenomics plan includes offering tokens to co-founders upon completion of our anticipated public token sale in by this December or January, where we plan to introduce salaries for both full-time and part-time positions.

POSITION: SENIOR RRONT-END ENGINEER / DEVELOPER

 Job DescriptionL

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Engineer to join our upcoming Layer-1 blockchain organization specializing in hybrid Web 2.0/3.0 integrations. The ideal candidate will balance technical excellence with mentorship and collaboration to drive innovation in a fast-paced environment.

 Role / Responsibilities 

• Architect and implement user-friendly interfaces using React.js and Vue.js.

• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

• Design and maintain high-quality, scalable code aligned with best practices.

• Optimize applications for performance, cross-platform compatibility, and responsiveness.

• Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to elevate team expertise.

• Partner with product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.

• Lead development of the front-end for public facing app store.

• Drive deployment processes for public/private app stores (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store).

• Stay current with emerging technologies to innovate within the team.

• Ensure compliance with security standards in highly regulated environments.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to refine prototypes and user workflows.

 Required Experience 

• 5+ years of front-end development experience with React.js/Vue.js.

• Expertise in TypeScript for building robust, maintainable applications.

• Proficiency in Redux for state management in complex applications.

• Proven experience integrating front-end systems with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

• Hands-on experience deploying apps to public/private app stores.

• Strong knowledge of modern build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel) and Git.

• Mastery of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.

• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha).

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative workflows.

• Proficiency in CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap and pre-processors (e.g., Sass/LESS).

• Serve as a lead for front-end projects, guiding architectural decisions and ensuring best practices in code quality and performance.

• Work closely with backend engineers, mobile developers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration of front-end features with backend services and blockchain protocols.

• Provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team by sharing knowledge on frameworks like React.js and Vue.js.

• Champion clean code principles through rigorous code reviews, encouraging adherence to coding standards and promoting the use of tools for static analysis.

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to enhance team productivity and project alignment.

 Desired Experience 

• Experience with blockchain or content focused applications.

• Experience building public/private app stores.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deployment.

• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and microservices architecture.

• Exposure to DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, IaC tools like Terraform).

• Experience with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) for collaborative prototyping.
