Your Mission and Impact
As a  Senior HSE Coordinator , you’ll be part of a growing safety team spanning the United States. You will work with our field teams to ensure safety standards are met, with a focus on both immediate safety needs and long-term preventative actions. By evaluating safety data and trends, you’ll help design and implement strategies that not only protect our people and equipment but also drive continuous improvement in how we approach safety across all regions.

About the Role
Senior HSE Coordinator

• Mission : To proactively engage with teams, ensure safety compliance, and evaluate data to develop preventative strategies that foster a safety-first culture.
• Summary : You’ll perform regular safety audits, analyze trends, and lead initiatives that improve safety practices. Your ability to work independently and complete projects with minimal supervision will be key to your success in this role. By helping us identify risks before they become incidents and guiding long-term safety initiatives, you’ll be a strategic part of our mission to provide safe and innovative subsurface solutions.
• How You Contribute : Your work will directly support Pro-Vac’s growth by ensuring safety is embedded in every part of our operations and by identifying areas for improvement that keep our teams and equipment running smoothly.

1. Conduct weekly safety audits and analyze hazard reports to maintain and improve our compliance rate.
2. Deliver effective safety training, including onboarding and specialized events, with a focus on continuous learning.
3. Perform equipment inspections and create preventative maintenance schedules based on data analysis.
4. Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and implement long-term corrective actions.
5. Identify safety trends and proactively engage in strategic planning to prevent future issues.
6. Work independently on projects, driving them to completion with minimal supervision, and contributing to the overall safety culture.
