Our client are an Elite ServiceNow Partner and they are hiring a ServiceNow (HRSD) Business Process Consultant for a 6 month contract located remotely in the U.S. The successful candidate will work closely with the organization’s clients to craft implementation strategies and pioneer groundbreaking HRSD solutions.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and design customized HRSD solutions.
Lead project initiation, pre-work questionnaires, and design workshops.
Drive process re-engineering and improvements to enhance employee experiences.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide guidance and ensure smooth implementation of HR processes.
Influence stakeholders by offering strategic insights and innovative solutions.
Develop and manage documentation, including design workbooks, user stories, and test scenarios.
Perform risk assessments and address issues proactively to ensure project success.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Skillset
2-4 years of experience with ServiceNow, focusing on HR solutions.
Expertise in implementing processes and solutions in customer environments.
Strong ability to influence stakeholders and provide thought leadership.
Experience in requirements gathering and detailed process documentation.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal abilities.
Essential prior experience with ServiceNow or similar case management systems.
Certified ServiceNow Administrator, Implementation Specialist (CSA, CIS); Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD (preferred).
