Job Description

Entry level electricians are encouraged to apply for this mechanical and electrical maintenance position. This position will vary depending on the day, but will have heavy work with electrical and electronic components. Other work may include metal fabrication, welding or routine machine maintenance. We will be happy to consider candidates from a background in industrial maintenance, HVAC, millwright, automotive service technician, and more. This position is direct hire, and will require participating in an on-call schedule. Candidates should live within 30 minutes of Friesland to be able to respond to calls in a timely manner.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm
Wage: Based on experience $27 - $35

Work includes:

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment
• Work with PLC’s, AC drives, electrical, and control logic
• Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical machines or equipment
• Track parts, repairs, and work orders with accuracy
• Collaborate with other maintenance team members
• Work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and lift up to 75lbs.
• Participate in on call scheduling
• Operate equipment including skidsteer, forklift, and boom lift

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license
