DESCRIPTION
Amazon OpsTech Engineering is seeking an experienced Sr Technical Program Manager for our team. Amazon teams and systems create a complex ecosystem with coordination challenges for large initiatives. As the Sr TPM of Engineering, you will need to coordinate across this network of teams and own delivery of cross organization initiatives. Using your technical background, you will need to understand implementation challenges of each organization and team, and find solutions while also earning trust with senior management to drive adoption from the top down.

About the team
This role is specifically to manage the Move off CORP project for the Fulfillment Amazon Robotics and OpsTechIT organizations. It is a large multi-year initiative, involving 50+ teams, and with significant technical complexity and visibility.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
