About the Role
As the Senior Vice President of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company, reporting directly to the CEO. You'll have the opportunity to drive revenue growth, elevate the brand, and enhance our market presence. Collaborating closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product, Customer Success, Enablement, and Executive Leadership, you'll work to maintain our leadership position in the market while continuing to drive incredible growth. Who You Are
You are a seasoned B2B SaaS marketing executive with a proven track record of scaling businesses, particularly for mid-market and enterprise organizations. Your expertise spans demand generation, partnerships, growth marketing, and business development, and you are adept at leveraging inbound strategies and account-based marketing (ABM). You focus on measurable success, particularly in pipeline and revenue contributions, and you understand key SaaS metrics like CAC, NRR, and Burn Ratio. As a natural leader, you excel at developing high-performing teams and empowering others to succeed.
What You'll Do
Strategic Marketing Leadership
Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals, fostering growth in brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement.
Establish and track KPIs to measure marketing performance and refine strategies based on data insights.
Manage marketing operations, including systems, processes, and workflows, ensuring operational excellence. Partner with the Revenue Operations team to streamline processes and optimize lead flow in HubSpot.
Branding, Messaging, and Positioning
Be the steward of the brand, ensuring consistency, authenticity, and alignment with the company's mission and values.
Craft and refine messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences, highlighting the brand's unique value and competitive edge.
Lead efforts to increase brand equity, creating meaningful connections with customers and partners.
Demand Generation & Customer Engagement
Lead end-to-end demand generation strategies to convert prospects into loyal customers.
Oversee integrated campaigns across digital advertising, social media, email, and events to build a strong marketing funnel.
Partner with sales teams to ensure alignment on pipeline goals and revenue targets.
Collaborate with business development representatives (BDRs) to create targeted outbound campaigns aimed at upselling, cross-selling, and renewing customer relationships.
Build and nurture a customer advocacy program through success stories, testimonials, and joint marketing campaigns.
Partner and Channel Marketing
Develop strategic partner marketing programs that enable partner success and expand market demand.
Collaborate on co-marketing initiatives to amplify the impact of key partnerships.
Product Marketing and New Market Launches
Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches, ensuring seamless positioning, messaging, and cross-functional collaboration.
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and support expansion into new markets, including international markets.
Content Strategy & Creation
Define content themes and develop a comprehensive content calendar to position the company as an industry thought leader.
Align content strategy with business goals, delivering valuable insights to prospects, customers, and partners.
Maximize marketing efficiency through organic efforts, focusing on high-impact keywords and utilizing platforms like YouTube and AI-driven recommendations.
Annual Customer Events and Conferences
Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of customer events, including the annual conference.
Create engaging agendas, secure influential speakers, and deliver impactful experiences that foster community, showcase product innovation, and reinforce customer loyalty.
Analyst Relations & Competitive Research
Cultivate relationships with industry analysts to enhance market credibility.
Drive competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions in positioning, product development, and sales enablement.
Team Leadership & Development
Inspire and develop a high-performing marketing team, nurturing a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Provide mentorship and professional growth opportunities for team members.

What You'll Bring
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
15+ years of marketing experience with leadership roles in SaaS environments.
Proven success in scaling marketing organizations at Series B or growth-stage companies.
Expertise in leading brand, demand generation, and product marketing functions.
Skills & Attributes
Mastery of marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
Strong financial acumen for managing budgets and measuring ROI.
Ability to inspire and lead teams, fostering collaboration and a positive company culture.

Location
This is a fully remote role. We welcome applicants from across the United States. Some travel may be required.
Candidate Experience
We value your time and want to ensure clarity throughout the interview process. Expect to participate in 5 interviews over 2-3 weeks, including discussions with key stakeholders such as the CEO, VP of People & Culture, and marketing team members. Final candidates will present a portfolio or work sample.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of $250,000 - $275,000 + performance-based variable compensation.
