Beyer Subaru of Alexandria is looking for a Trade Up Manager. The trade up manager would be responsible for reaching out to customers in our service department about looking at new Subaru with the possibility of trading in their currently owned vehicle. Since the customers would be in the store, this would be an easy opportunity to strike up conversations while their vehicles are being serviced and invite our guests to test drive our vehicles. This is a full-time, hourly job, Monday through Friday from 7am until 3pm. The early morning would be spent speaking with our customers while they are waiting for their vehicles, and the late morning into early afternoon would be spend following up with customers and creating the lead sheets for the following days customers. Any customers that are interested would be introduced to our sales team. Compensation is $15 per hour plus bonuses for each customer who purchases a new vehicle. Benefits include medical, vision, and dental insurance, 401k plan with a match, paid holidays as well as paid time off.
