Personal Injury law firm searching for a Part-Time Typist/Secretary to provide administrative support for our staff.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-- Prepare, format and edit general correspondence, letters and other documents
-- Data-entry
-- Copy, scan and organize case data
-- General word processing
-- Provide administrative support tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
-- Strong typing speed and accuracy
-- Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook
-- Ability to properly format general correspondence, letters and other documents
-- Proofreading and editing skills extremely important
-- Handle confidential information with discretion and sensitivity
-- Ability to respond quickly and efficiently to requests
-- Able to manage and balance multiple tasks and priorities
-- Patient demeanor
-- Dependability and consistently at work as needed (20-65 hours per month)
-- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a typist or administrative assistant
-- Candidate must have at least a high school diploma (or equivalent)
Hours:
Approximately 20-65 hours per month
