At Seneca, we produce seeds, harvest crops, manufacture our own containers and provide a wide range of nutritious fruit and vegetable products. 2nd Shift Case & Label & Warehouse Supervisor Seneca Foods in Geneva, NY is currently seeking a 2nd Shift Case & Label & Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. Responsible for all the day-to-day labeling functions from Brite to a finished items. Also oversee Warehouse Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Schedule labeling to make sure orders are ready by ship date;
• Oversee Labeling Office personnel to ensure Production (WH Manager) and the CSR are notified of any short items or labels or any other issues (OSTAT);
• Schedule employee hours and vacations;
• Follow Seneca's Warehouse Systems Manual and Quality Manual;
• responsible for Label Line efficiencies;
• Order and inventory direct materials scheduling Label Lines to meet deadlines;
• Responsible for Maintenance in the Labeling area;
• Responsible for overseeing Warehouse Personnel/Operations;
• Notify QA with any product issues;
• Make sure employees are following safety regulations.
• End-of-Month Reporting (i.e. downtime records, line changes, Monthly Production Report);
• Physical inventory preparation;
• Chep pallets, Label Coordinator backup;
• Participate in Safety Committee;
• Other duties assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Knowledge of labeling requirements;

* GEM, SAP.

• High School Diploma or GED;
• College degree and/or 2-5 years related experience and/or training.
• Five (5) years experience as a Group Leader and/or supervisory position in Warehousing.

Wage range based on skills, abilities and experience from $65,000 - $75,000/year
