Job Summary:
As a Web Marketing Specialist at BrightPath Kids, you will be pivotal in enhancing our online presence and optimizing user experience across all our HubSpot websites. This role requires a blend of technical skills in website development, SEO, and content management, alongside a creative flair for both web and graphic design.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and maintain websites, landing pages, and other digital assets within HubSpot CMS, ensuring high standards of web design and user experience.
● Utilize HubSpot CMS Hub’s tools and modules proficiently to implement day-to-day updates across multiple websites.
● Conduct SEO and on-page content optimization to improve search engine ranking and user engagement.
● Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to analyze web performance data and make strategic improvements.
● Lead initiatives for enhanced web functionalities and user experience, including brainstorming and proposing innovative ideas.
● Coordinate multimedia content requirements for the website, including organizing photo and video shoots.
● Ensure all website content is current and reflective of the latest information; troubleshoot and resolve website issues swiftly.
● Own the ongoing website performance, including updates and maintenance with an eye towards search optimization and user experience.
● Support the marketing team in developing content and strategies that uphold the brand's voice and enhance customer interaction.
● Strategize UI/UX improvements to boost lead generation and enhance the overall user experience.
● Coordinate with our acquisitions team on the management and migration of newly acquired websites to HubSpot.
● Maintain and update the BeeCurious Curriculum website in collaboration with the Education team.
● Coordinate with the rebranding team to ensure websites are updated during the rebranding process.
● Design and develop communication materials such as the monthly company newsletter and standardized center newsletters.
● Perform additional design duties as needed, including creating print and social media collateral.
Qualifications:
● Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with a solid understanding of graphic design principles.
● Experience in managing CMS platforms, particularly HubSpot, and a baseline knowledge of inbound marketing strategies including SEO, social media, etc.
● Proven ability to manage projects from concept through execution with a strong attention to detail.
● Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating effectively across different teams.
