Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and Diagnose Problems: Efficiently identify and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal system performance
  • Rack Building and Networking: Assemble and configure AV racks and networking equipment with precision
  • Installation: Install speakers, screens, shades, TVs, and other AV and control equipment to meet client specifications
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Programming and Configuration: Apply basic knowledge of programming and configuring devices to tailor systems to client requirements.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with current industry trends and advancements to provide cutting-edge solutions.
  • General Installation Tasks: Perform other installation-related tasks as required to support project completion and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required 
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in the AV industry.
  • Independence: Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Programming Skills: Savant basic programming experience preferred.
  • Stress Management: Ability to work under pressure, assess multiple demands, and manage priorities effectively.
  • Customer Service: Exemplary customer service skills with a positive attitude.
  • Licensing: Must possess a valid Driver’s License.

Compensation

$22-$30/hour Based on Experience
