Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems and databases. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our information.

Key Responsibilities

• Input, update, and maintain accurate data in digital and physical formats.
• Organize and prioritize data entry tasks to meet deadlines.
• Identify and correct data entry errors or inconsistencies.
• Communicate with team members or departments to resolve data discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Generate periodic reports as needed.
• Perform additional clerical duties, such as filing, scanning, or photocopying, as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
• Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
