• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform data entry tasks with high speed and accuracy, meeting productivity and quality standards.
• Provide administrative support to staff, including preparing documents, reports, and other materials as needed.
• Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Entry-level experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
• Proven data entry skills, with high speed and accuracy (minimum 40 wpm).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in keyboarding, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
