Job Summary:

Acara Solutions is seeking an Oracle Business Consultant with wide implementation experience in implementing Oracle EBS Financial module. This position requires rich experience in EBS financials modules AP, GL, FA, AR, CM, E-Business with hands on experience. You need to define new business requirements and provide gap analysis and provide functional validation and support.
Location: Phoenix/Tolleson area

Salary range: 80-105k, DOE

Duties and responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze business requirements for Oracle financial projects
• Perform gap analysis to existing Oracle EBS based solution and recommend ways of addressing these gaps
• Write business requirement documents and other functional and technical documentation
• Assist in design, development, testing and implementation of Oracle financials projects
• Plan and lead User Acceptance Test efforts with aim of achieving business sign-off for final solution
• Provide suggestions to customize Oracle applications for optimal performance
• Resolve technical and operational problems in a timely fashion
• Respond to customer queries and concerns promptly
• Identify functional gaps and provide corrective actions
• Support project team in developing reports, tables, fields, data interfaces and application extensions
• Develop testing scenarios and write test scripts
• Develop user guides and training materials
• Meet or exceed company safety standards
• Perform other job responsibilities as assigned by management

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or work experience combination
• 2 years of Oracle EBS Financial experience

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Certification of Oracle EBS or similar is a plus
• Good Understanding of AP, AR, GL, FA, CM and Contracts
• Oracle EBS tools including TOAD, SQL, PL/SQL
• Procurement, Inventory, Reporting and Manufacturing knowledge experience is a plus
