Role: Oracle EBS Technical Consultant

Location: Cleveland, OH

Experience: 8-10 Years

Competencies: Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management - Distribution, Oracle EBS R12 Order Management, and Advanced Pricing

• Perform hands-on technical design, prototyping, and development tasks for Oracle EBS R12.
• Ensure scalable solutions that meet business requirements while identifying and documenting technical gaps.
• Perform tasks assigned by the Project Manager and conduct code reviews with Technical Leads to ensure code meets business requirements.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, managing task assignments and deliverables.
• Monitor and resolve issues, ensuring timely delivery.
• Participate in testing, validation, and release activities.
• Document design and code consistently throughout development.
• Prepare and deliver client demonstrations and presentations.
• Follow best practices for code control, ticket tracking, and administrative tasks such as time entry and HR tool usage.

• Experience in Oracle EBS upgrades with a strong understanding of Oracle SCM modules, including Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, WIP, and BOM.
• Proficient in RICEFW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflow) and Oracle APEX.
• Strong hands-on expertise in PL/SQL with advanced concepts and SQL proficiency.
• Experience with data conversion, upgrades, and Oracle E-Business Suite R12x implementation.
• Knowledge of XML/BI Publisher and Forms customization/personalization.
• Proficiency in AOL and Sysadmin functions.

• Extensive experience in Oracle EBS upgrades and SCM processes.
• Expertise in Oracle APEX development and BI Publisher.
• Advanced PL/SQL and form customization skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and system administration experience.
• Ability to manage and mentor technical teams effectively.
