As a Purchasing Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless purchasing processes, assisting with purchase orders, invoicing, and drop shipments. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn, this position could be the perfect fit for you!

What You'll Be Doing

Communicating positively and proactively with customers, vendors, and team members.
Answering questions from financial institutions, customers, and vendors accurately and promptly.
Preparing reports for buyers, management, and customers as needed.
Assisting team members with questions related to their daily tasks.
Handling ad hoc requests from Buyers and Procurement Managers.
Performing other related administrative duties to support the team.
What We're Looking For

Experience:
0-6 months in procurement, administration, or a related area (entry-level candidates are welcome!).
Preferred: 6-12 months of experience in procurement, warehousing, or administrative roles.
Skills:
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Excel.
Strong organizational and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the role.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred: Associate or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
Additional Details

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM.
Potential for a hybrid schedule after training (remote on Mondays and Fridays, in-office Tuesday through Thursday).
