Position Overview Social Media Brand Ambassador:

As a Social Media Brand Ambassador , you will play a key role in zTrip’s growth by leveraging digital platforms to identify new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and drive customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities of a Social Media Brand Ambassador:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to cultivate and strengthen partnerships with businesses, organizations, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, including corporate accounts and local businesses, via social media platforms.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements with new clients, driving mutually beneficial outcomes through online engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create and implement targeted digital campaigns.
• Track social media performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Represent zTrip at virtual and in-person industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Manage and nurture existing online partnerships to maximize revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications of a Social Media Brand Ambassador:

• 1+ years of experience in social media marketing, brand ambassadorship, or digital business development (ideally within transportation, logistics, or a related field).
• Proven success in generating leads and securing business through social media channels.
• Strong social media presence, with experience in content creation and community management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strategic thinker with the ability to implement online marketing initiatives effectively.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
